Healey Park – Park and Playground Renewal

OSVgroup partnered with the City of Whittlesea to renew and revitalise Healey Park in Epping - transforming the local park into a vibrant and functional community space. The renewal focused on creating a safe, accessible and engaging environment that encourages outdoor activity, social connection and play for all ages.
Scope of Works
Our team delivered a full park and playground upgrade, incorporating both hard and soft landscaping elements. Works included:
- Drainage installation and concrete paving
- Construction of a full-size basketball court
- Installation of fencing, shelters and custom park furniture
- Installation of council-supplied playground equipment
To complete the project, OSVgroup carried out natural landscaping works including boulder and timber features, garden beds, softfall surfacing, turfing and planting, followed by a 13-week horticultural maintenance period to ensure successful establishment.
